Our goal is to align with the Department of Defense (DoD) fee structure, keeping care affordable for families. Through a coordinated effort between state, philanthropic, and industry partners, parent contributions are designed to stay at or below 7% of household income while maintaining the high-quality environment every child deserves. 

Built specifically for service-connected families, Fort Firefly offers care that meets the realities of the job—not a traditional schedule. We provide extended hours from early morning through late evening based on family need, along with availability during military drill weekends.

Inside the center, children experience high-quality, child-centered learning environments, while families have access to wraparound support through our integrated Resource Hub—further strengthened by partnerships that connect families to the services they need.

This approach goes beyond child care. It strengthens child development, supports workforce participation and retention, and reflects what’s possible when public, private, and community partners come together to support families.
